All products sold by The Drone Shop are covered by Manufacturer’s Warranty where applicable.

Warranty for all products is as per manufacturer's warranty policies. We do not offer any additional warranty on top of the standard manufacturer's warranty policy. Please refer to the specific manufacturer for detailed warranty information.

For brands not found above, please contact us to check if there is any warranty for your product. As a general rule of thumb, if a product has no electronic component, and does not have any serial number, there is no warranty.

We will require you to present the original sales invoice for us to answer any post sales query. When required, we may, at our discretion, request for proof of identification prior to provision of any post-sales support.

If the customer fails to present the original sales invoice, or is unable to present any proof of identification which is in accordance with the details on the invoice, we reserve the right to refuse any form of service and support and will not be held liable or responsible in any manner, whatsoever.
