  • All products purchased from The Drone Shop will enjoy related post-sales support and where applicable, repair services. To enjoy The Drone Shop post-sales support and/or repair services, customers are required to present the original sales invoice, which shall contain the name of the customer, phone number, email address, date of purchase, invoice number, product model and serial number. When required, The Drone Shop can, at its discretion, require customers to provide proof of identification prior to provision of any post-sales support or repair services.
  • If the customer fails to present the original sales invoice, or is unable to present any proof of identification which is in accordance with the details on the invoice, The Drone Shop reserves the right to refuse any form of service and support and will not be held liable or responsible in any manner, whatsoever.
  • All post-sales support services rendered by The Drone Shop is a value-added service on top of the standard manufacturer warranty. This service is STRICTLY limited to only first-hand owners of products purchased from the shop and is not transferable, negotiable or assignable to any third party.
  • If you require product repair and/or technical assistance, please bring your product to The Drone Shop located at Viva Vista, Singapore.
  • The Drone Shop will inform the customer of an official repair quotation by phone, SMS or email and obtain your final approval before we proceed with any repair.
  • For products sent in for repair, The Drone Shop will not hold additional product accessories in our custody, unless specifically required for repair diagnosis. Should customers choose to leave additional accessories at The Drone Shop premises (e.g. batteries, SD card, propellers, cables, carrying cases etc.), The Drone Shop will not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to these additional accessories during the period of custody.
  • All repair/replaced parts are non-returnable.
  • The Drone Shop shall not be held responsible for any delay caused by the failure of communication with the customers. Customers are advised to provide The Drone Shop with valid contact number(s) and/or email address for further correspondence and follow up. If customers do not receive any service updates within 14 business days from drop off date, customers are advised to contact The Drone Shop via phone or email.
  • Customers must collect their repaired product(s) within one (1) month after receipt of pick up notification from The Drone Shop. The Drone Shop shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to such products that is left unclaimed after one (1) month. If the repaired product(s) are not collected within one (1) month, The Drone Shop reserves the right to dispose of the product(s) in any manner it deems fit in accordance with these terms and conditions, without any prior notice and compensation. Request for extension of collection timeframe may be granted, on a case by case basis. The Drone Shop reserves the right to reject any such request, for any reason, without further obligation, justification or negotiation.
  • Drop off and collection of all repaired products is only at The Drone Shop located at Viva Vista, Singapore. The service order/shipping invoice must be presented as proof for collection of repaired products. In the case of loss of receipt and products being taken by others, The Drone Shop shall not be held responsible. If no original receipt is provided, The Drone Shop shall have the right to refuse to return the products.
  • If customers request for return of their products due to non-acceptance of repair quotation, collection of products must be made within fourteen (14) business days after receipt of pick up notification from The Drone Shop. If product(s) are not collected within fourteen (14) business days, The Drone Shop reserves the right to dispose of the product(s) in any manner it deems fit in accordance with these terms and conditions, without any prior notice and compensation.
  • Please be aware that where a product is capable of retaining user-generated data, such data may be lost during the repair process. We recommend that you backup all data prior to sending the product(s) for repair.  Customers acknowledge and agree that The Drone Shop shall not be held responsible or liable for any data stored on the product(s) that is lost, altered, deleted, or is otherwise inaccessible after repair.
  • The Drone Shop reserves the right to alter, modify, add to or otherwise change these terms and conditions from time to time and in such manner as The Drone Shop deems appropriate, without prior notice. If the Customer continues to utilise The Drone Shop post sales support and repair services, the Customer shall be bound by the amended terms and conditions and deemed to have accepted such amendments.
  • The laws of the Republic of Singapore shall govern these terms and conditions, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore in respect of any dispute or difference arising out of and/or in connection with these terms and conditions with the right reserved to us to initiate proceedings in the courts of any other country having or exercising jurisdiction on such dispute or difference.
